Black Girls CODE ~ Latino Startup Alliance ~ MEDA

Black Girls CODE is proud to partner with Latino Startup Alliance (LSA) and MEDA to offer our compelling Build a Webpage in a Day class in Spanish!

This workshop will teach participants to build their own unique webpage in one day using fun games and activities to introduce HTML, CSS, and basic web structure.

The workshop will start promptly at 10:00AM. Participants do not need to bring their own computers. Access will be provided to a computer workstation during the workshop. Both lunch and snacks will be provided.

Space is limited to sign up soon to secure your spot! Scholarships are available.

In these workshops taking place all over the country, girls will learn to build their very own video games, build a webpage, program robots, or other fun and creative activities using tools such as Alice, SCRATCH, Kodu and other programming languages. Girls will work in pairs or on teams to create unique projects to share and play with friends. Students will need to use a laptop, so please bring one or let us know when your register if you need to borrow one for the class. No prior programming experience necessary.

Class size is limited and students are registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Snacks will be provided. Cost of classes varies (financial assistance is available).

In these workshops taking place all over the world, girls will learn to interact with technology by either building their very own video games or webpage, programming robots, or other fun and creative activities.

Girls will work in pairs or on teams to create unique projects to share and play with friends. Students will need to use a laptop, so please bring one or let us know when your register if you need to borrow one for the class.
